Worst Place Ever

This place has the worst service ever. I'm not from around here so my grandparents and I decided to walk around to find a place to have lunch. We happened to walk across this place and thought it looked pretty good because it was pretty packed. We waited in line to order food, but the old woman at the cashier/counter was extremely rude. This place has the worst service ever. I'm not from around here so my grandparents and I decided to walk around to find a place to have lunch. We happened to walk across this place and thought it looked pretty good because it was pretty packed. We waited in line to order food, but the old woman at the cashier/counter was extremely rude. My grandma was trying to order and the woman was like, "If you don't know what you want, look carefully at the menu before you tell me." My grandma knew exactly what she wanted and my grandpa was going to tell that woman as well, but this rude woman deleted our order and moved onto the next customer. My grandma and grandpa proceeded to order after that customer, but that woman ignored them completely. She didn't bother looking at us, neither did she answer us when we asked a question. We ended up leaving and not ordering anything because of this horrible service. How the fuck do you expect to get customers if you're that rude? I made an account just to write this review. 

This has been the worst experience I've had since I came to Hong Kong for vacation. This woman was particularly rude and ruined everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of her and would definitely not come back until that woman fixes her attitude or they hire someone else.  I cannot rate the quality of the food because I never got to try it.
