The huge platter of iced seafood features all fresh and prominent seafood from around the world, including Alaska king crab leg, Boston lobster and Vietnam tiger prawns.

Some highlights from the all-day bites menu are a very impressive kimchi toasties with decadent melted cheddar, crab cake sliders with a delightful and creamy lime mayo and a ridiculously moreish bone marrow and short ribs bake to serve with some sourdough toast and sweet whiskey fig jam.

The slow-roasted pigeon is perfectly made to medium doneness, it is so tender and juicy, served aside beetroot puree, some colourful zucchini and a piece of lovely fried rillette.

A pity, we have yet tried out any of their desserts. But the overall experience is so impressive that I’ll surely come back for another pleasant visit!
