My previous time was almost one year ago to eat with a group of friends. Evering time when I eat Pizza Hut, should be lots of fun as they always provide good quality of nice pizza, pizza base is always thick and it is full of ingredients. Pastry creamy mushroom soup - it come at the end of the dinner set because the staff said it took more than 15 minutes to prepare. Pastry was a bit wet and not crispy, very disappointing.. We expected it will come in crispy pastry so we didn't mind to upgraded with adding $10 per head. ... wasting money !
Crispy biscuit with prawn salad and deep fried squids - Presentation was ok, no surprise no bad comment. But, when we tasted it, woo... the salad was 70% in green peas and carrots, felt like should be come from a can of pea/carrot.. How come, oh no. There was ONE prawn on top of the salad, not fresh. The deep fried squids were cold and a bit wet, absolutely disgusting. We didn't finish at all to save our stomach to next dish then.
Set dinner is Italian Sicilian Delight Pizza - we ordered small size of Sicilian Delight Pizza - First of all, the dish presentation was smaller than we expected, it was warm but not hot, the edge of the pizza with cheese was not crispy and seems a bit cool down already. The mozzanrlla and pepperoni were all not fresh and a bit cold, it was just like a mistake of a pizza. So, we put lots of cheese powder and Tabasco to leverage the taste in order to finish the pizza.
Chicken and onion spaghetti in creamy sauce - Oh My God, it looks even worse than what I cooked, the white sauce was not rich and really not enough butter and milk (the sauce), the chicken taste over boiled and no chicken taste at all, the spaghette was the most bad taste at this dish that it was NO TASTE, it made me and my friend felt really no appetite on this so-call spaghetti and creamy white sauce chicken. Staff was nice as not too many customers however I didn't understand why we have to take our bill to the front desk to pay. Do nowadays Pizza Hut not to serve customers for paying the 10% service charge? Just my inquiry on this! Very curious to know.
To be honest, we were very regret on that nightand why I made this decision to eat pizza hut to waste my happy friday stomach. I don't think I will try again in short term unless really hungry and no choice in future. Sorry to say that but I really hope Pizza Hut will improve their strategy how to attract the target customers within the high competition catering marketing in HK. One word - unbelievable!
