During a recent visit to a dessert shop with my friends, we indulged in a matcha-infused feast 🍵. The matcha parfait, a delightful combination of textures and flavours was a standout 🤩. It had different layers, which made it very visually appealing 🫶🏻!
We also ordered two sets - one featuring a hojicha cheesecake, paired with a refreshing Chasen Matcha & Strawberry Latte 🍵🍓, and the other with a Uji Matcha Rollcake accompanied by a Japanese “Sayaka” Sencha 🫖. Both sets impressed with their authentic matcha essence, and the desserts were pleasingly not overly sweet. The Uji Matcha Rollcake had a rich flavour of matcha with some matcha cream infused with the cake, which was a delightful combination of textures 🤍.
Beyond the taste, the desserts were visually appealing, making them ideal for a photoshoot 📷. The presentation added to the overall enjoyment of the experience 🥰.
