Been a while since I've had an interesting "American Italian", quite generous portions here so we couldn't finish everything. Started with the carpaccio with black truffles. Very nice texture when almond bits were added to the dish. Delicious, probably one of the best carpaccios in Hong Kong. Then the spicy rigatoni vodka was absolutely delicius (a little too creamy though), the spice just elevated the dish to another level. The rest was great but I liked the appetizer and pasta the best.I order

I ordered a bottle of Heitz Vineyard Chardonnay 2014 but honestly it's too young so nothing much I can say about it.
Overall was a very pleasant experience. (88 pts).
