We went for a break at Agnes B café in Time Square in the middle of our shopping afternoon.We got a tea and an opera cake.The tea was ok however the opera cake with totally tasteless and completely spongy. It didn't feel fresh at all.I mentioned it to the staff hoping that she would allow me to change it for something else but the only answer that I got is a very long face and a cold 'it's supposed to be like this'. Middle finger in my face basically. So long for the customer service...I didn't

I didn't waste time arguing however this is the last time I come here.
Avoid this place.
