I had a very bad experiences on the pass Sunday on this restaurant. My family could like to first try on this restaurant and waiting for a line up. There are around 6-7 tables were served and around 4-5 tables with no one there. I was trying to ask the waitress, why not let us get into the restaurant, since so many empty table there. One of the table got 6 seats, but 2 person were sitting there playing with their smartphone with no food served yet. So I suggested to the waitress, can these 2 per
One of the table got 6 seats, but 2 person were sitting there playing with their smartphone with no food served yet. So I suggested to the waitress, can these 2 person move to another 2 seats table, so we can have the 6 seats table for our family. Guess what the waitress said to me, she said -- NO, those 2 person are my boss's friend, I am not going to ask them to move. Her attitude is very impolite which shocked me. I try to negotiate with her again, since is a Sunday afternoon, and there are so many empty tables. But then the waitress said to me again -- They are "The Story" BOSS's friend, I am not going to ask them to move.
This is so ridiculous. It is a Sunday afternoon and the waitress don't even think any ways to let the customers gets in. 4-5 empty tables are all there at 12pm. And their attitude is extremely bad. I don't think we shall still continue to wait for nothing, so we decided to leave and get to another restaurant for lunch.
