We all know what B jai is famous for. And this night, I came here with friends and ordered their signatures as late-night snacks: b jai Leung fun and wing tips.B jai Leung fun is humongous. I feel like we can never finish it no matter how many ppl we have. As expected, we could not finish it, such a waste of food. However, the quality of b jai Leung fun is just so-so. Maybe that was one of the reasons why we couldn't finish it: it was not good enough for us.
We also had two plates of wing tips. This time, the wing tips were good, salty and spicy. The two plates were easily finished in a few minutes. However, the quality of wing tips are not always so stable. One time we ordered one portion, but the whole plate was really spicy, and except for the spicy taste, it was tasteless.
So I guess it depends if you're lucky enough to get the good plate?
Nevertheless, b jai is still one of the popular places for siu yea in Hong Kong.
