A lot of lamb restaurants have opened recently in my neighborhood. As a lamb lover, I prefer the meat more gamey. This time we visited Lamblicious which offers a range of lamb dishes from hot pot, stews to Mongolian delicacies.Century Egg w/ Roasted Chili Pepper was served in a wooden mortar with a pestle. The flavors of century egg matched perfectly with coriander and chili pepper. Wanted something nourishing during winter. Tried Cordyceps Lamb Soup and Millettia Root & Poria Chicken Soup. Both

Wanted something nourishing during winter. Tried Cordyceps Lamb Soup and Millettia Root & Poria Chicken Soup. Both served steaming hot with loads of ingredients inside and not oily at all. Rich and intense.
Lamb Tripe & Lamb Meat Ball was a traditional handmade dish. Served with chive sauce. Never had this before and it was impressive! The soup was thick and sticky which was probably made by boiling loads of lamb bones for hours.
Thick Noodles w/ Oyster & Pork, which included a large amount of pork belly slices hidden beneath the noodles. The noodles were kind of chewy and very filling. The soup was savory without MSG.
Overall the food was excellent with fair prices. Took a while to wait and there was room for improvement as they seemed like a family run business but it was totally worth it. Would love to try more of the unique lamb dishes!
