The food spread and quality has obviously declined since my last visit before renovation. The cold section: crab legs weren’t defrosted properly and I had a mouthful of frost while eating! The sashimi bar is gone and lobster is made to order. The lobster is overcooked and tasted like rubber! The curry station has only one kind of curry - masala chicken today - but it’s quite salty and too spicy for my dad. They should have another lighter option like butter chicken or prawns. The sashimi bar is gone and lobster is made to order. The lobster is overcooked and tasted like rubber! The curry station has only one kind of curry - masala chicken today - but it’s quite salty and too spicy for my dad. They should have another lighter option like butter chicken or prawns. Some of the prawns at the hot station were not fresh and the meat has turned a bit gooey. The dessert station has maintained its standard but the serving chef (I think he’s a trainee) didn’t look very happy. Overall experience was not that great, I would say they could do a much better job than this. The buffet at The Dynasty Club is so much better!
