Aromatic ingredients, seasoning, and fish stock provide a savory foundation, which resulted in a hearty and scented seafood stew with a complex flavor profile. Here, the Zarzuela is served with a Spanish Alioli (garlic-mayonnaise) sauce, so you could also enjoy your seafood with a little bit of Alioli sauce if extra flavor is preferred.

I could not help but to soak a crusty bread up in this delicious broth. The outer crust was coated in breadcrumbs, displaying a satisfying golden color and crispy crunch. Each bite is a burst of savory goodness.
