Siu Yung is a rather new noodle restaurant in the Sham Shui Po area, especially there's already three famous noodle shops on Tai Po Road just nearby. The seats are spacious compared to the traditional noodle shops. The environment also seems comfy and clean with strong air-conditioning.I ordered my favorite beef tendon noodles and requested soft beef tendons. It took 5 more minutes than the others before my order was served. Was thinking it would be a bad sign. Indeed, the noodles were softened
I ordered my favorite beef tendon noodles and requested soft beef tendons. It took 5 more minutes than the others before my order was served. Was thinking it would be a bad sign. Indeed, the noodles were softened already, so soft that I did not really need to bite much before swallowing. So disappointing. Tendons were soft but could be more flavorful. Overall it was a bowl of noodles that I would eat to make myself full, but not enjoyable.
