Rather well hidden for a Tong Sui place! Ordered an almond pudding, hot. It arrived promptly and was very thick and creamy. Taste was also quite well balanced - (but, unfortunately, a bit bland) with little after-taste of the 'southern' almonds. Nor was it too sweet. Not the best as there was a slight aftertaste; but certainly well worth a try. It is a pity I was full after the almond; as I would have tried other offerings.

題外話/補充資料：
The servers present as 'trepidatious' with the prospect of serving 'gwai-lo'; but certainly warm up with a bit of Cantonese.
Some might be bothered by the less than shining interiour. However, although not spotless, it is certainly good enough. (So no deductions for hygiene; but one for environment)
