I ordered a lobster basque, which set the stage with its rich, velvety texture. The orecchiette with seafood ragú and bottarga proved to be the standout and is my personal favourite 😍. For the grilled USDA rib eye, it was kind of dry, but still maintained an acceptable standard. Concluding the feast was the earl grey panna cotta. It had strong earl grey flavour and creamy texture. I’d definitely recommend this to any dessert lovers 🤍.
