If you want good japanese pork cutlet, then look no further. We had the pork cutlet with egg and just plan pork cutlet, and both were cooked to perfection. You know there are some places where the skin separates from the meat? Well this doesn't happen here. The meat is juicy and not dry at all. I personally prefer the one with egg as it feels a bit healthier and not as oily. You also get the grind your own sesame and add it to the tonkotsu sauce.
