As a customer, customers are always first and he should be patient and care about his customers. I understand that business is bad and stressful durng this time but this is not a good approach to treat it's customers. Swearing at customers and making things personal is unacceptable. I would not come back again. Please stay away from the manager, his name is Tom Robinson. He is not qualified to be a store manager. His staff were great tho. He should leave the restaurant so his team can run the restaurant better, at least his customers would have a better experience. Tom Robinson, on the other hand needs to work on his customer service and take some management courses. This is not the way to treat customers, we weren't even causing trouble.
