After 11 years of living in Hong Kong and dining everywhere from the cheapest street vendors to the most bougie restaurants, this was the biggest portion letdown I experienced. The Sukiyaki Beef Fry Udon was the absolute worst. It was about 15 pieces of udon, rising barely 1cm from the bottom of the box, but it was the "beef" that really did it.
