When you go to have buffer in HK, usually there is limited supply for certain considerably expensive food. Below is a good suggestion for you where you can have unlimited oyster, lobsters, steaks & Alaska crab legs!!It was my mother's birthday and my mother have just come back from Canada. It was my mother's birthday and my mother have just come back from Canada. Knowing that she loves to have buffer. We tried to browse everywhere to look for good places with quality buffet, When compared with HK, having buffer in Canada usually seems much more comfortable because you won't need to queue up for food. It is our major concern is to have delicious food in an elegant place.
It is Conrad International Hong Kong Lobby Lounge that we chose finally because of the comparably reasonable price, varieties of food and a promotional offer by credit card.
When I consider a venue, they should meet the following criteria
1) The venue should be elegant and comfortable for you to enjoy the whole night
2) No need to queue up for food & with Unlimited Supply of Quality Food
3) Excellent Service
there is no doubt that Conrad achieved all the above.
Second concern is of course about the food. They should have seafod, maincourse, vegetables, desserts and other featured food.
1) Seafood:
I think I had three lobsters (all with roes), 12 Oysters and 5 Alaska Crab Legs. The seafood were so great that I couldn't forget! The most important thing was the unlimited supply that you didn't need to queue up.
2) Maincourse:
The maincourse were of large varieties including Chinese and western cuisine. I couldn't even finish them all!
3) Vegetables:
Usually people will forget about this but to me, vegetables and salad are very important! I like the sauteed eggplants and mushrooms very much !
4) Desserts
The desserts included fresh friuts (including strawberries!), ice cream and cakes! The most appealing are the freshly made Beard Pudding, Souffle & Pancakes!
5) Features
There is a BBQ area in the garden serving various food and vegetables. If you think you don't need to try BBQ food in buffer, you are wrong! You must try a burger made with steak!! BBQ Miniburgers are so lovely and juicy that I tried four!!

It was so great that all four of us received the VIP card of Conrad immediately after the dinner. We can have buy 4 get 1 free in the future when birthday! Of course, I would like to bring my friends to come to enjoy their 15% off before birthday!
We chatted and had our dinner for four hours. We enjoyed the great time there! I am sure Conrad is the best choice for buffer!
