Second time being here after a few years but the services is terrible this time! Food and coffee are not good, too! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Most pissed me off is that the female barista and waitress is terrible! Ridiculous and impolite services since I got into the cafe on the early morning! She also made me waiting for her to brew the handrip coffee when she kept chatting / flirting with her male colleagues! There was no other customer but she finished one handrip for more than 20mins after finished all my food
Most pissed me off is that the female barista and waitress is terrible! Ridiculous and impolite services since I got into the cafe on the early morning! She also made me waiting for her to brew the handrip coffee when she kept chatting / flirting with her male colleagues! There was no other customer but she finished one handrip for more than 20mins after finished all my food! She ordered another waiter to serve the coffee without explaining the tasting note by herself. It is common sense to serve with grinded coffee beans for the taste of the single origin coffee (please remember I am paying $75 for a cup of coffee) but she did not until I asked for. After I smelled the coffee powder, she immediately instructed the waiter to get back the cup! Why doesnt she give me another glass to serve the powder but in urge to get back the cup before I drink my coffee? Isn't it common sense for customers to smell and taste the coffee at the same time for a good coffee experience? I remembered I did that when I visited this cafe years ago! The waiter did not get back the cup luckily, bet he has the common sense! But WTF is that after I finished the coffee and was still sitting there, she suddenly came to my table and got the cup of powder impolitely without saying a word or tidying the rest on the table! How rude is she! 😡
I'd like to raise the awareness of the owner of this cafe and suggest the owner to better fire this waitress! She is only pushing customers away and ruining customers' coffee experience! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I will never visit Reaction Coffee Roasters after this experience! 😠
