They invited Chef Pasqualino, Pizza Acrobatic world champion, to perform at Cucina and I always wanted to try their tasting menu so I came here today. You can also order their pizza but since I was going for the tasting menu, I skipped the pizza.I have to say the serving time was slightly off as the bread, amuse bouche and the starter came almost all at once (around 1 minute interval between each of them)The saltiness of the prawn carppaccio was just right and the cheese and caviar was a nice to
The Ragout was definitely my favorite. It was tender and the rich cheese foam was well balanced by the pea puree.
After dinner, I get to see the marvelous performance of Chef Pasqualino.
For service, it seems a bit variable. One of the severs may just put down the dish, while another server would introduce it in detail.
