Every dish is well-balanced and consistently good, one from the other. There is no fancy plating, delivery is straight forward and exhibits great culinary skills for the well-balanced taste as nothing is particularly overpowering Portion size maybe a touch smaller for some people but it is just great for me as it leaves me wanting more! Three types of condiments, it is more for completeness of presentation as you won't need those!
Appreciate the details, gold trims surrounding the cups, plates etc
Great taste of abalone and jelly fish is crunchy. I even ate the flowers haha

Crab shell - stuffed with alaskan and local crab meat, this is excellent dish! Thoughtful to serve in a napkin so that the crab don't fly to the next table as you dig in hahaThey actually brought the crab shell on another plate for you to take photo before transferring to the napkin.

Soup with fish maw, birds nest, chicken - everything is in small strips or pieces to balance the mouth feel, need to carefully savour this to distinguish the ingredients apart

Lobster udon - perfectly cooked lobster is still juicy and crunchy. Excellent lobster soup base! Wish there were more of the lobster haha

Sago with lotus seed paste - smooth lotus seed paste between sago and baked. Strangely reminds me of the mid-autumn festival(had too much lotus seed mooncakes lately), otherwise it is good
