There are two layers of the cake, including covering cream and chiffon cake, actually i can’t taste the pistachio flavor lolllll but i would say covering cream is superrrr smooth, light and soft, they simply melt in your mouth, super good texture and i love it, little sweet and very yummy, i guess the best composite of the cake is covering cream. for chiffon cake, again no pistachio flavor at all, having soft texture, cause made of vegetables oil instead of butter won’t feel too full having a piece of cake haa

Love that outstanding cream on the top but honestly no pistachio flavor at all which a bit disappointing, though not too bad have a try but i will get much richer flavor pistachio cake in other bakery shop lolll
