Simmered Short Ribs - fresh and super tender. The fat and tendons melted in my mouth. Sweet soup base with a strong radish flavor. The radish was soft and had absorbed the aroma of the beef.

Homemade Dumplings - surprisingly big portion. 5 huge pieces of nicely wrapped dumplings with minced pork, shrimp, crunchy black fungus and fragrant dried mushrooms. Various options of noodles were also available.
