The Point program of SHKP malls recently allows us to redeem The Lounge's dinner at $488 with 1000 points(The original price is 560). Given that you can only redeem $30 cash coupon with 7500 points, it is quite a nice discount if you want to try their dinner.The servers were all very polite and service was prompt.I was lucky enough to get a window seat and it was nice to see ICC from my position.Their set menu includes 2 or 3 courses. The SHKP discount is for the 3 course.There were many options

There were many options for the bread basket. The taste of the bread was good but it was a bit cold.
For the appetizer, I chose the Hokkaido Scallops. The scallops were fresh and springy. They had separated the sesame dressing from the scallops. Not only was this better for the plating, but you can choose how much dressing you want to add to the scallops.
The main was the duck breast. The polenta was smooth. The duck breast was fried perfectly. However, it was a bit too thick. I think if possible, they can try to cut the same amount to 3 pieces instead of 2.
After finishing the main, the view outside has already changed. I was totally ready for dessert.
The alcohol added to the tiramisu was just right. It wasn't too sweet and went well with the nut biscuit on top.
Included in the set is coffee/tea which was a perfect ending for this dinner.
