I am glad to receive your follow up email regarding my visit yesterday, however, I have some comments would like to share with you as below:1) As you are fine-dinning restaurant, I prefered your customer services should be as good as I expected, however, I could not felt the services was good, when I sat down with my friends, no one asked us or served us water, until we gave signal to waitress that was 5-10mins already2) no one gave us beverage menu until we asked also, I was not sure this was y
1) As you are fine-dinning restaurant, I prefered your customer services should be as good as I expected, however, I could not felt the services was good, when I sat down with my friends, no one asked us or served us water, until we gave signal to waitress that was 5-10mins already
2) no one gave us beverage menu until we asked also, I was not sure this was your restaurant practice or you were lack of staff to serve us beverage menu
3) when we ordered beverages and we saw all beverages was ready on bar, but no one brought that to us until 10mins after, ices were melted and we was disappoint about the taste
4) staff attitudes made us felt not friendly also, no smiles and we felt they didn’t wanna serve us as well, when I gave signal to your staff for services, they kept saying wait for a while, but it took few mins every time when I asked and it was my friend’s birthday, those experiences made us felt not happy seriously and no one came to care about our dining experiences, I understood you might lack of staff for services but customer services are the key point to make businesses, kindly concern
