This was such an amazing dinner we had in this Chinese restaurant.We went here for a seafood meal and we ordered the combo set which got five layers of seafood in a stack.There's a steamer in the middle of the table. There's a steamer in the middle of the table. With the seafood set, you could also order the congee to put as the base inside he steamer. Therefore, at the end you could have a very delicious seafood congee!
The amount of seafood with the set was really generous. There's a lobster on the top layer (already inside the steamer as I wrote), scallop, shellfish, etc.
Other choice of food would also include chicken (which was very tender and it would make the congee taste even better!
You can also make your own sauce.
