It has been some time since I visited Hue so came for their new afternoon tea.Despite the cold and gloomy weather, the view was still stunning.Their afternoon tea tray has changed(I wonder whether the handle that resembles "H" is a coincidence).I loved the jam a lot. To my surprise, it was Rhubarb that was the more tarty one and the Orange Marmalade that was the sweeter one.For the Savoury, the Mushroom Croquettes are still my favorite. However, the scones and the deep friend food cooled down quite quickly despite we ate them first.
For the desserts, each dessert on its own is good but in view they are almost all chocolate based, it got a bit monotonous in the end. Changing 1 or 2 desserts without chocolate, should do the trick, eg. changing the Matcha Chocolate Tart to a pure Matcha Tart.Overall, some parts could be improved but still good.
