Satisfyingand Healthy Salad

I was thrilled when my friend introduced me to this great salad place in Metro Plaza. We don't usually have many options here in Kwai Fong if you are looking for a healthy and delicious meal and I'm so glad I have found this place.I came alone on a Monday afternoon and the small place is packed with office workers on their lunch breaks. I was thrilled when my friend introduced me to this great salad place in Metro Plaza. We don't usually have many options here in Kwai Fong if you are looking for a healthy and delicious meal and I'm so glad I have found this place.

I came alone on a Monday afternoon and the small place is packed with office workers on their lunch breaks. It wasn't too difficult to find a seat and I placed my ordered at the counter.

I ordered a large salad ($64) and I could choose 4 salads at the salad bar next to the counter. There are plenty of selections, about 8-9 different types of salads and this place reminds me of my favourite salad place "Fresca" in Central.

 I chose the couscous, potatoes, Autumn tomatoes and pumpkin pasta. They topped the plate with some green salad vegetables and the plate is colourful, appetising, healthy and delicious.
All the ingredient is fresh and offers plenty of vitamins and energy for your day. I enjoyed the whole plate, the potatoes are cooked just right with a light dressing and some herbs that enhance the favours. The pumpkins are nice and soft, full of sweetness and they go well with the pasta. The tomatoes are prepared simply without too much seasoning but they are fresh.

This has become my regular place for lunch and I absolutely love it. They also have a great selection of pizzas, pastas, main course dishes, drinks and desserts that I'm planning try out.
