📍Beefbar 1 Michelin Star Restaurant Tucked in the quiet Duddell Street are two famous steakhouses, Wolfgang and the Beefbar. Tried the Beefbar before and after it achieved one Michelin Star. I have to say the food is solid but not wow. I think the mini-burgers, the sea urchin tagliolini and the Mac & blue cheese were the highlights of the meal. Tucked in the quiet Duddell Street are two famous steakhouses, Wolfgang and the Beefbar.
Tried the Beefbar before and after it achieved one Michelin Star. I have to say the food is solid but not wow. I think the mini-burgers, the sea urchin tagliolini and the Mac & blue cheese were the highlights of the meal. They kind of outshined the steak though it’s called the Beefbar.
The two soufflés were nice but I prefer the one from Somm.
In terms of service, it is very obvious that there is a shortage of staff. The manager was running around to fill in. This is rather unfortunate that it happens to a lot of restaurants nowadays.
Overall, Beefbar is a rather safe choice to go.
