Rubbish service

The cafe itself is nice but the staff is TERRIBLE. I’ve never seen such unprofessional staff. Their service is absolutely rubbish and their attitude makes you feel like you owe them something. Not friendly nor welcoming AT ALL. Not to mention they refused to bring back the change from my bill and the 20 minutes wait for two iced latte, which in the end were two halves latte, you’d think they were busy but nope! Café was 2/3 full and there were 4+ staff around, 2 female waitresses were busy chatt

Café was 2/3 full and there were 4+ staff around, 2 female waitresses were busy chatting to each other though, and that’s the only time I saw them with a smile as well.

I rated one star for the nice setting of the cafe itself. If it’s solely about the drinks and service, it’d be -5 stars. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!
