Booked 13:00 lunch during restaurant week, $198 for 3 courses… appetizer , scotch smoked salmon , a bit salty .. I think it’s because of the salmon roe.. main course I have the seared seabass, I like the sauce . For dessert, we have the dried mango roll, it’s outer layer is crispy and warm, but the inner layer is cold… quite interesting..
