It’s Saturday! Time to relax and have brunch. Me and my friend both tried their dinner so it’s time to have lunch. There were so many people celebrating birthday today. Anyway, me and my friend got a window seat and got to have a nice view of Hong Kong. The 4 course is $398 so it was not bad for a weekend brunch. Our appetisers were oyster and salmon tartar. They were presented beautifully and mouthwatering. The oysters were fresh and smooth. The salmon tartar was delicious, the avocado sauce was creamy and smooth.
The mushroom soup was creamy and flavourful.
Our mains were pork belly and steak. The pork belly was so good. The bubbles on top is the lobster sauce. The bottom is the carrot purée, it was sweet and tasty. The texture of the pork belly was juicy and meaty.
The steak was amazingly good! The meat was cooked perfectly, it was so juicy and tender. The mashed potato was creamy and crunchy.
The French fries was extra as we were craving for them! It was thick and crunchy.
For dessert, we chose the chocolate Mille crepe cake. The ice cream was so yummy as it had a special taste. It tasted like hazelnut. The crepe cake was soft and sweet.
To finish off, we got an iced lemon tea and hot tea.
