Fried Eggs w/ Sliced Peppers
Sweet and juicy green chili peppers with fried eggs. A wok hay dish.
Stir-fried Mutton w/ Cumin
Went perfectly with beer. Cumin added a warm spice aroma to the moist and strong-flavored mutton.
Biang Biang Noodles w/ Spare Ribs
Signature dish. The entire bowl consisted of one long and thick noodle, mixing with chili onion sauce and seaweed. The spare ribs were extra tender.
