It was a dinner with my friend. Let's talk about the most impressive dish from what we have ordered. I would say the signature xiao long bao ranks second. The most impressive one is the pan-fried lamb pancakes. Even if you don't like lamb, you may still have a try. The lamb is not stinky at all. The second dish that I would recommend is, of course, the xiao long bao. Do eat it when it is hot but cautious of the heat. Don't the air to dry out the surface of the bao , otherwise, the surface will turn hard. The bao is rich in the meat sauce, which is very juicy.

Then, it would be something spicy. I would recommend the mouth watering chicken rather than the Sichuan spicy bean curd. The mouth watering chicken will really makes you generate your saliva and sweat because it is quite spicy. And the chicken is boneless which is perfect for lazy people. The chicken is tender and easy for sharing as it is served by sticks. The spicy bean curd is less spicy when compared to the mouth watering chicken so it tastes less traditional.

As for dessert, here comes the glutinous rice balls with sweet osmanthus in wine sauce. The taste of wine is mild which suits my flavour, or girls in general. And it is good to have it especially in winter, which will make you feel warmer after eating that.
