I found out about this place from a friend, and at the time I was more drawn into the whole "Milkshake" theme. With that being said, the milkshakes were astonishing, I had gotten the "ReAL bacon" milkshake which was mixed with peanut butter caramel. The combination mixed well, the saltiness from the bacon pieces and caramel complimented the peanut butter. My friend got the banana milkshake and that packed quite the punch, it was almost as if they blended a banana cake in it, which is a good thing ! for the food, I ordered the "Pancake Burger". The name caught my attention, since in the menu their pancakes alone were a sawed after item, I just had to try out the contraption. And to my pleasant surprise, it was very well put together. You'd imagine an item like that would be all over the place, dry or just a mouthful. However, I'd say that the selected ingredients put together were well thought out, all the flavours came together very well. The addition of the portobello mushroom really gave it that extra push. I would definitely recommend you try it out. My friend had the waygu cheese burger, to me it was alright. Just a regular burger, nothing too out there. But there was a nice addition to their fries, since they have spiced fries rather than plain old regular fries. The spice isn't too hot to a point where you'd need to chug your milkshake, it was more of a slight kick. One very intriguing part of the meal I'd say was when the waitress had told me that the restaurant uses straws which are made from rice, meaning the straws are edible. With that being said, I wouldn't go tell people to start eating the straws, since they aren't as savoury as the other options in the menu. Still having biodegradable / edible straws is always a plus point. All in all I would say with the lovely service provided, great food and atmosphere, No Milkshake No Life is a great place to stop by if ever given the chance.
