Came here with my girlfriends after work. Wanting to have some pancakes on this sunny week day which feels like a holiday, we went to flippers today and luckily, it was up to its queueing time and its name! We queued for around 15 minutes and we were assigned with a two-seat table. They added another chair for us. This was kind of odd as we saw a number of empty seats and tables around. But anyways, we still accepted the arrangement.We made our order very quickly and we ordered the strawberry so
We queued for around 15 minutes and we were assigned with a two-seat table. They added another chair for us. This was kind of odd as we saw a number of empty seats and tables around. But anyways, we still accepted the arrangement.
We made our order very quickly and we ordered the strawberry soufflé pancake and the crème bûlée pancake with chocolate and banana. We were told that we had to wait for 25 minutes for the former and we were fine with it.
We were almost tempted to try their savoury dish— their hamburgers and spaghetti but we wanted to visit another restaurant later so probably we will try their savoury dishes next time.
Very soon, the soufflé pancake arrived but they gave us the plain one rather than the strawberry one so instead of asking them to remake it, we still took it.
The pancake was fluffy, moist and well complemented with the cream on top. It was airy and light but this is the quintessential to a soufflé pancake, right?

Great pancake texture. Not soggy but rich in flavour. Great juxtaposition of all elements on the plate! Loved it!
As a pancake lover, will definitely come back and give the savoury ones a go!
