I usually dine in Cupping Room in Lee Garden one, was quite sad they left Lee Garden. Was in Citygate today and was very excited to see Cupping room has new branch here. BUT, had to wait for more than 15mins for food and it’s not even the busiest hour yet. Also quality of the food was just so so, Latte was tasteless. And OMG, staff service has so much room for improvement. The girl with the round face at cashier, please improve your EQ. I respect your service and you should respect me as the cus

A very disappointed dining experience overall compared to the service in other Cupping room branches I have been to 😓
