Poor customer service

We had lunch set. The hainan chicken was very standard. The  curry beef was very average and it wasn't as tender as i like.  the bak kut deh is not tendas well it taste a little rough. the food is not very consistent. Our bill came u to around 230. we gave her a 500 bill and the waitress said they don't take 500 bills. i said why and she replied RUDELY in cantonese if i dont mind getting all 20 dollar bills in change. I said i dont mind and she came back with some 50s and 20s. Bad service. avera
