Nestled near the busy main road in Tai Wo, Pattern is a western person’s dream. This restaurant is located on the opposite side of the active Fire Station. The Atmosphere, food and service was impeccable. Quickly, the food aroma wafted off the plate. The food was mind-blowing! Perfect Texture, impeccable and explosions of taste. Quickly, the food aroma wafted off the plate. The food was mind-blowing! Perfect Texture, impeccable and explosions of taste. The squid-ink spaghetti was top-notch, it was heavenly. The squid-ink was all over my mouth just like small a explosion.
Perfection! The service was perfect. It was above my expectations. The waiter was efficient and accommodated our requests. Food came at very fast speeds. The heart of the chef was shown through the food. Perfection !
Pattern’s atmosphere was superb and tranquil. The yellow on the wall made people joyful, happy and cheerful. The sounds of the music tingled my ears. The music delightfully wafted through the air. The floor was clean as diamond. Every step you walked you could hear every squeaky sound. The cutlery was tidy and clean .
Overall, Pattern was a special western restaurant. I will give 5 out of 5 star. This is because of the aroma or smell, taste and the atmosphere made me mind blowing and it is memorable.
