Took a while to wait as it was prepared by order. Crispy thin layer of skin with a fair amount of fat. Succulent meat. Went well with the savory demi-glace sauce. Served with thick fries and salad.
Italian Triple Cheese Pizza
Super thin crust like a tortilla. Loaded with melting mozzarella, blue cheese and parmesan. One of the most satisfying pizzas I've had lately!
Potluck is currently having a couple of discounts such as 25% off the a la carte menu and half price for a bottle of red wine during happy hour. Definitely worth revisiting given the outstanding food quality!
