Iberico Ham Egg Benedict (4.5/5)Hollandaise sauce was silky smooth, iberico ham and rocket salad pairs so well together!Slow Cooked Pork Belly Toast (5/5)Pork belly was crispy on the outside, but soft and juicy on the inside. Coffee sauce was a creative touch that brings out the caramelisation of the meat. Topped with spinach and poached eggs which balanced out the fattiness.Espresso tonic + chai latte were both really good too!
