I was having my lunch at Kwun Tong again and today i have my lunch at Shing Yip Street, where there were alot of eateries inside those industrial building. 新匯聚餐廳小廚 was located in Sing Win building. This Chinese restaurant was quite spacious and huge. Besides those menu that we can see in a typical cha chan teng, they offered old school western meal as well. Besides those menu that we can see in a typical cha chan teng, they offered old school western meal as well. Their menu were very comprehensive, with lunch set and tea set as well.
Iced soda with honey and lemon - This was their signature drink, with slices of lemon and honey syrup mixed with soda water. It was gassy and refreshing, helping to cool my body down in this hot weather.
Lamb chop and chicken chop - I ordered this western meal, and it comes with french fries and cabbage. I requested for black pepper sauce and it was put in a separate bowl. The serving was very generous, with 2 pieces of chicken chop and 2 pieces of lamb chop. Lamb chop was tender, complimenting well with the black pepper sauce. Chicken chop was soft and juicy, but it was slightly oily though. French fries was soft, but abit soggy as well.
