Secondly, each dim sum's ingredients are really substantial. There are the huge soup dumplings, affectionally known as half bowl dumplings. Stuffed with prawns, meats and soup, a single dumpling takes up all the space in a bowl. The chicken buns here come with crunchy prawns stuffed in the middle, the chicken wraps with layers of pig stomachs, and the char siew puff's crust is chewy and doughy (instead of the usual "lazy style" pastry).

This place has a reputation of being popular with both locals and tourists, so be sure to come early to get a table. During lunch time, it's almost sure to be full.
