We are a regular of the pulse , and most of the restaurants in the pulse is walk in service. Last Sunday, as usual I went to the Pulse with my husband and daughter . Tried to get a table at sip song , it was half empty , but the receptionist said they are full and we have to put down our mobile and waiting time is up to an hour . We asked them if the tables are free ( there are 5-6 empty tables), they said those customers are coming very soon. We went to meen and rice next door and they told us

), they said those customers are coming very soon. We went to meen and rice next door and they told us it’s busy but pls give us 5 min. We sat down ate and left in 30 mins. Walked past and saw the tables were still empty , our daughter went to ask them why the tables are still empty , they said oh they are coming very soon. So , if management is reading this , pls have a chat with your staff about it.
