We tried the Traditional Paella. It was not bad but not great. More like some Spanish-style dish that used Spanish ingredients like chorizo, but didn't really taste authentic at all. We had a clear view of the kitchen from our table, and I could clearly see that the rice was cooked in a regular saucepan, and then scooped into the paella pan at the end to serve, so it really is just for show. What's worse was that during the cooking process, as the chef was adding ingredients into the saucepan, he opened one container, had a sniff, before scooping some of the contents in! Shouldn't all your ingredients be freshly prepared?! This was a bit of a shock to me.

Anyway, the taste of the paella was ok. It was mild, I couldn't really taste saffron, but the rice was yellow in colour and had a nice chew. I feel like I could've had this at any cha chaan teng for a fraction of the cost. Well, live and learn.
