Vietnamese joint in the TKW area that has recently garnered publicity. Ordered their signature Haiphong rice in crab roe broth and raw beef pho. Crab broth wasn’t as umami packed as I would have hoped for. The cuttlefish, prawns, mussels and crab roe were apparently frozen not fresh. A bit of a letdown.Raw beef pho was above average. What impressed me the most was their spring rolls. Generous portion and nicely fried.
For dessert, ordered glass shrimps with pomelo pith and glass shrimps with black nice. Nothing spectacular.
Overall a fair Vietnamese restaurant that one might revisit if in the area.
