筍殼魚兩食(炒球及骨底). Actually first time ordering a 筍殼魚 which is not 油浸. Interesting. Meat was thick but not too firm- seemed like quite big fish.
碌鵝. Recommended by manager, who explained that it is normally made by constantly turning the goose in heated goose oil etc in the pan for around 15-20 minutes. Very juicy with tender meat and crispy skin.

In summary: good nite out. Interested in organizing a big group wine dinner in the private room.
