As i walked into the restaurant it looked as if noone worked there...My friend and I stood there for quite sometime. The Waiters/Servers came from behind looking very un-interested to see us standing there...we were asked to sit whereever but werent handed the menu. So we just 'grabbed' one from a table we saw had one. We didnt take a long time to think of what to order as i was recommended by another friend of mine that the chicken here was phenomenal. The food came in with a Good amount of time, food was great, chicken was cooked to perfection along side the meatball pasta. But besides the good food, i'd have to say that there was a huge lack of service. I felt that the servers were rude to the way he handed us plates, our food and other utilities like tissues extra fork...more wine. He rolled his eyes and showed that he didnt want to serve us. There's always this frown or very brushed off attitude towards them and it didnt feel Welcoming at all. Now usually the way I see it, customer service is the most important key to having people to come into your restaurant. People go there not only for food but for good dinning experience. I hope they can one day show more server etiquette. and As much as the chicken and meatball pasta was delicious, I do not think I will reccomend this to everyone as there are friendlier, better service that has chicken and meatballs in their menu. There are many restaurants I have been to that had the least best food, but the service, smiles and customer care is great! People come back for that - and sometimes more.
