Environment:its elegantly decorated and spacious with high ceiling and an open kitchen. The floral arrangement came along well with the interior design. Unfortunately, the environment was ruined by a noisy and giggling group of guests. The server offered to switched a small table close to the kitchen, but it wasnt as cosy that we didnt choose to change.Service:Warm greeting by the front of house. Servers were friendly in general but made some minor mistakes, e.g. mistakenly pour sparkling water

Warm greeting by the front of house. Servers were friendly in general but made some minor mistakes, e.g. mistakenly pour sparkling water.
Food:
We have selected the SIGNATURE tasting menu with 8 courses.
-Piedmont beef abalone & Kristol cavier
- Hokkaido sea urchin box, qamberoni prawn &crunchy fennel
- pan-fried sole "meuniere-style" & "Lautrec" pink garlic confit
- Brittany blue lobster fricassee with wine sauce and braised rutabaga
- Alsatian wild boar, butternut emulsion
- Cheese selection
- pastry chef's delicacy - sorbet in strawberry sauce
- Chocolate, caramelised banana & orange blossom form cocoa nibs ice cream
Sea urchin was fresh but it didnt carry well with prawn. I supposed the concentrated cavier should give a strong flavour but the beef abalone was already too intense and overpower the cavier. Pink garlic smelled good but the fillet didnt stand out with no freshness at all. Unfortunately, the main course boar was the worst which was way too salty and the butternut didnt give any sweetness to the dish. Cheese selection is good after all.
Conclusion: a disappointment. i cannot regard it as fine-dining experience. not again!
