Service quality is rather poor. When I first entered the restaurant, I asked if the Times Square vouchers could be used for set menu, and got told I can. When I was done and asked for the bill, got told that set menu is ineligible for voucher usage…Put up an argument on this front given this was conveyed to me otherwise initially, they finally agreed to modify the bill. Put up an argument on this front given this was conveyed to me otherwise initially, they finally agreed to modify the bill.
The food is mediocre and not great value for money - they also put a lot of black pepper in the pasta even though i asked not to when placing the order. Got sick after the meal as I couldn’t take much black pepper, poor dining experience overall.
